Testimonials
Excellence, dedication, perseverance, these are the things that best categorize how very hard CHIP works at getting the job done. Holidays. Birthdays, Bad weather does not deter him from his ultimate goal of making the Sale. I have never actually met CHIP in person but I have spoken to him often on the phone, often enough that I feel that I can also vouch for his integrity. Because you see if we have all these traits that I mention above and do not have integrity we have nothing at all, Chip belives in integrity.
Irene & and I recommend Chip for all your Real Estate needs.
Thanks for moving my family’s property in the time frame in which you did. We did not have to come back to Oklahoma once.
Arthur & Irene Williams
Tempe, Arizona
Dear Chip,
I’m writing this letter on behalf of my family to express our appreciation for the quality job you did in selling our family property. We would never have obtained the desired result if you had not remained tenacious even when the target date passed. You demonstrated an “attitude of excellence” throughout the process. Many intricate details had to be handled from the day the property was placed on the market until the closing. Your outstanding ability to stay focused on the details, your skill in communicating with all types of people, as well as your spirit of expectancy really made the difference.
We truly appreciate a professional job well done. Please accept our genuine thanks
from the bottom of our hearts.

“File Czar”
Assistant
Ph. 405-382-7653
For over two decades, my professional passion has been caring for the people behind the business. Today, I bring that deeply supportive energy to our real estate team under two very official (and very fun) titles: The Financial Field Marshal and the File Czar: Commander of all things Dillon Robinson.
As The Financial Field Marshal, I believe meticulous financials are the bedrock of a thriving business. A well-organized ledger acts as the quiet engine of our success, providing the entire team with ultimate peace of mind. I serve as the financial anchor for our brokerage, managing everything from payroll to accounts payable to ensure our daily operations run flawlessly. By meticulously reconciling accounts and providing clear reporting, I give our leadership the confidence they need to seamlessly guide the company forward.
As File Czar, I orchestrate the heartbeat of our real estate transactions. I act as the steadfast guardian of our documents and deadlines, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed. By serving as the central hub, I ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes so our brokers and realtors can focus entirely on what they do best: connecting with and serving our clients.
Ultimately, my superpower is eliminating roadblocks before they ever appear. Whether I’m crunching numbers, keeping our files compliant, or building adaptable systems that optimize our success, my mission is always the same: cultivating a joyful, deeply supported environment that empowers our people and allows the entire team to thrive.
When I’m off-duty from my Field Marshal and Czar responsibilities, my passion for “cultivating” extends right into my backyard. I have been happily married to my husband for over 15 years, and together we share our home with our beloved dogs and a lively flock of chickens and turkeys. I have a deep love for getting my hands in the dirt and am a proud member of the Pontotoc County Master Gardeners out of Ada, OK. Whether I am tending to complex real estate files or my garden, my favorite thing to do is help things grow and thrive.
