• Non-refundable $25 application fee due at the time of application.
• All applicants are required to have verifiable income and at least 3 references that are not related.
• A credit and background check will be ran at the Landlord's discretion.
• Convicted felons and sex offenders will not be granted tenancy.
• Tenants must own a vacuum cleaner, and some tenants need a lawnmower.
• All utilities are paid by tenants unless otherwise stated.
• Some animals are allowed with security deposits. 
• Potential tenants with pit bull dogs or other dogs with vicious reputation will not be granted tenancy. 
• Animals are subject to the discretion of the Landlord.
